“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat; I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink; I was a stranger and you took me in; I was naked and you clothed me; I was sick and you took care of me; I was in prison and you visited me.”
“And the King will answer them, I assure you; whatever you did for the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.”

Matthew 25:35-36, 40

Sharing the love of Christ through serving others is important to Vertical Life Church, just like it is to God. We believe we can make a positive impact in our community by building relationships with people, being an example of Christ and helping those in need.

At Vertical Life Church, we have several ministries which give our members opportunities to serve others and make a difference.

We have partnered with Out of Darkness, who provides temporary housing for victims of sex trafficking. Their goal is to REACH, RESCUE and RESTORE victims of commercial sex trafficking. Out of Darkness needs both men and women to help them in their mission.

We have also partnered with FaithBridge Foster Care to help provide assistance to foster parents as they provide loving homes to children in need. Volunteer opportunities are available on a regular basis and for special events.

We are also developing a ministry to help widows and single moms in our Church and in our community. Widows and single moms vary in age and circumstances but each have specific needs that we can help with.

If you are interested in volunteering or would like to discuss how you can help serve others, please contact Wanda at community@verticallifechurch.net. If you wish to donate to any mission, you can do so at verticallifechurch.churchcenteronline.com/giving
